For the political analyst, if at some point the chain of custody was broken, the political parties would be questioned because they are responsible through the Municipal Electoral Boards (JEM) for these packages. In this sense, he indicated that the result of the elections should not surprise anyone since the polls predicted it.
On the other hand, Araujo questioned the procedure of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal, ensuring that a failure of this magnitude had never happened at the national level, and that it should have created an entire procedure the day after the elections to determine what was going to be done to carry out a count. national votes.
