Cancer research has progressed significantly in recent years, thanks in particular to a better understanding of the mechanisms at the origin of the disease. Early diagnosis and better care also make it possible to better care for the population. But aging exposes us to an increasing number of cancers, and thus, worldwide, 18.1 million new cases were detected in 2018, according to WHO data.
And during the same period, 9.6 million people died from these diseases which present various forms and characteristics. What are the different types of cancers? What are the latest discoveries in the fight once morest cancer?
