Advanced Leadership Academy to be established to train young people

Asuncion, IP Agency.- The National Youth Secretariat (SNJ) will enable the Advanced Leadership Academy (ALA) project, which will start with the first Leadership Diploma for the development of Human Talent, with certification from the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola. This was announced by its head, Salma Agüero, who highlighted that it is aimed at young people from all departments of the country, at no cost. The official presentation will be this morning at the institution’s headquarters.

He explained that the Diploma will last 100 hours, in a hybrid modality, in person in Asunción and virtual for the interior of the country.

During an interview with state media, Agüero said that this course is aimed at young Paraguayans who want to learn and train to become better professionals.

Those interested in the first Diploma in Leadership for the development of Human Talent will be able to access it through a link that will be published on the SNJ website, with minimum requirements of being between 15 and 29 years old.

The courses will start in two weeks and will run until December. There is no limit to the number of young people to be trained. The expectation is to have more than 1,000 young people enrolled, he said.

Agüero said the goal is to create spaces where there are no limitations and that this can reach the largest number of interested Paraguayan youth and those who are living abroad.

He also mentioned that the course will have a programmatic content that will allow them to acquire communication skills, images and comprehensive content to work in a company.
