The Paris 2024 Olympics were a revenge for the Guatemalan, who in the previous edition fulfilled the dream of being in the Olympics for the first time, But then he had to live through his father’s death and, for that reason, he did not enjoy it.
They were difficult years for the golden shooter, But she never gave up and that has allowed her to achieve glory and become the best of the Parisian jousters.
“We have been working hard to reach the best level. The support of my coach Pedro Martín Fariza (Spanish) and my psychologist Ricardo González has been important in strengthening my technical and mental aspects, two aspects that define a lot in this sport,” shared the Guatemalan before traveling to Paris.
