PARIS, December 4 (Archyde.com) – ADP Ingénierie (ADPI), a subsidiary of the ADP group, was fined 14.6 million euros following concluding a Public Interest Judicial Agreement with the Paris court on Monday (CJIP) in a case of alleged corruption of a foreign public official, notably in Libya.

“This agreement follows a complaint from ADPI dated July 26, 2013, which transmitted audit reports and an anonymous letter to the judicial authority revealing possible acts of corruption,” indicates the National Financial Prosecutor’s Office in a press release. .

“ADP Ingénierie (…) has agreed with the National Financial Prosecutor’s Office (PNF) to put an end to the investigations to which it was the subject and relating to old facts linked to certain contracts concluded by ADP Ingénierie, in Libya in 2007 and 2008, and in the emirate of Fujairah in 2011”, confirmed the airport group in a press release.

Since then, ADP says it has “taken significant steps to reform itself by implementing a very rigorous Ethics and Compliance program”.
