The victim’s cardiology professor, while he was in the hospital, was surprised by the accused repeating at the anatomy department. He entered him with a single cartridge in his hand and proceeded to shoot him, but God’s providence prevented that, and the bullet did not come out of the weapon, and the accused hit the heart professor on his head with a weapon.
For his part, Dr. Ahmed Ghoneim, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Tanta University and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, confirmed that the accused doctor was a teaching assistant in the cardiology department, and he moved to the anatomy department at his request.
He added to “The Seventh Day” that the victim’s cardiology professor was present in the hospital doing his work normally, and was surprised by the accused doctor in front of him holding an individual cartridge in his hand and actually tried to shoot him, but the bullet did not exit, so he only hit him with a weapon on his head. .
He indicated that he had already been kept in custody and interrogated administratively, and the police had been notified of the incident, and a report of the incident was now being issued.
