Professor Carlos Avilés, at the education table, raised the need to address the ravages of the pandemic, such as with the rehabilitation of schools, in addition to pointing out the positive impact of the commitment of the flag bearer of the Fourth Transformation to install free internet throughout the state, since the health situation generated a change in the teaching model where this service is essential.
