The Adidas Campus South in Mantua is a new logistics center that extends over an area of 130 thousand square meters and, as a note explains, is structured in such a way as to break the mold and clichés of logistics, lightening workloads thanks to automation and flexibility. Furthermore, those who work on the Campus will have access to a welfare and wellbeing plan which includes extra days for paternity leave, days to dedicate to volunteer activities, language courses, travel agreements, free consultancy for tax returns, medical insurance, discounts on more than a thousand products and services, agreements with gyms and swimming pools, online training plans, psychological support.
