The sfida of talent shortage

As Massimiliano Imbesi, Regional Manager of Manpower explains, «the implementation of a European-level logistics hub at the service of an important brand like Adidas poses many challenges, not least that of finding the people who will have to operate within such a structure. crucial. A challenge, the latter, with different complexities, also given the talent shortage that characterizes this historical moment. The collaboration with Kuehne+Nagel, therefore, in addition to establishing those processes aimed at searching for the best profiles, will aim on the one hand at the creation of career and training paths that can enable people to grow and develop their skills in an environment inclusive and attentive to people’s well-being, and on the other hand it will allow the company to continue to compete in a constantly evolving technological sector.”
