Muhammad Al-Baz said during the presentation of the “Akher Al-Nahar” program broadcast on the Egyptian “Al-Nahar” satellite channel, that the artist Adel Imam suffers from Alzheimer’s symptoms, and his health does not allow him to stand in front of the camera, calling on his family to end the controversy over the leader’s retirement from acting.
He added: “Adel Imam, born in 1940, is 82 years old, and he is a Shaqian, worked for 65 years continuously, and his last series was the Valentino series, he must come down from the theater before the curtain falls on him, Adel Imam is my favorite star, and what happens from the exchanges It does not fit the history of Adel Imam.”
And he sent a message to Adel Imam’s family, saying: “Adel Imam is in a Sunni and healthy stage. He will not present any subsequent artwork at all, and his family must respect this, and when it is said that he retired from the artwork, nothing will be missing from it, and Adel Imam’s audience has the right to know his condition.” health”.
And he confirmed that he learned from close people who visited Adel Imam, that by virtue of his age he suffers from some symptoms of Alzheimer’s, adding: “We must respect his experience and age. The public belongs, neither old age nor sickness is a defect.”
