Popular Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has spoken for the first time about her diagnosis of ADHD.
During the promotion of the film “Jigra“, Alia Bhatt made this important revelation about her personal life in an interview given to “Lalin Top”.
Alia Bhatt said that she started feeling as a child that she would often zone out in the classroom or during conversations with friends.
“I used to zone out from childhood, and that’s what led to my psychological testing and diagnosis of ADHD,” she said.
Alia added, “When I told my friends about it, they said, ‘We already knew, this is nothing new.’ But it was a new revelation for me.”
Alia Bhatt recounts the moments of peace in her life despite the challenges of ADHD. He said that he feels most at ease while acting and spending time with his daughter Raha.
“When I’m in front of the camera, I’m completely present. And now, spending time with Raha, I am most at peace. These two moments are the most peaceful of my life.”
