Actor John Aprea (83) passed away

Actor John Aprea has died. The American, who had roles in The Godfather Part II in Full Housedied of natural causes, his manager told American media. Aprea was 83 years old.

The actor made his debut in 1968 in the action thriller Bullitt starring Steve McQueen. In his career spanning over fifty years, Aprea appeared in dozens of films and series, of which The Godfather Part II is one of the best known. Aprea called his role as the young Salvatore Tessio one of the highlights of his career.

Vader John Stamos

In the 1980s and 1990s, Aprea had a recurring role on the series Full House as the father of John Stamos’ character, a role he reprised several years ago for the reboot Fuller House.
