The judge of the Eighth Criminal Chamber of the National District sentenced actor Ándrés Castillo to a three-year suspended sentence, following being found guilty of harassment once morest a 14-year-old teenager.
Magistrate Diana Moreno sentenced the accused to that penalty, ordering that it be served in the Najayo prison, however, she suspended several a series of requirements that must be met, or, on the contrary, it would be revoked.
The court also sentences Castillo to pay compensation of one million pesos in favor and benefit of the mother of the minor, whose name is omitted for legal reasons.
It was established that Castillo must reside at the address provided in court, refrain from drinking excessive alcoholic beverages, and carry any type of weapons.
Likewise, approaching, intimidating, stalking in any physical or virtual way the victim of this process or places where he frequents, the court warning that failure to restrain the victim immediately becomes an arrest warrant.
