Life Is Strange developer Don’t Nod has announced that its next game will be Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden.

Ghosts New Eden will be unveiled at The Game Awards and will release “late” 2023 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S: Ghosts of New Eden is described as an “action-RPG” with “strong storytelling” in which “striking art direction, strong characters and plot, and a unique fantasy world.” The studio claims it is “one of the most ambitious projects in history as [издателя Focus]as well as the studios.
As for what it’s about?
“New Eden, 1695. Anthea Duarte and Red Mac Wraith are lovers and Banishers, ghost hunters sworn to protect the living from the threat of ghosts and ghosts,” the game’s description reads. “After a disastrous final assignment, Anthea is mortally wounded and becomes one of the spirits she hates. In the haunted wilderness of North America, the couple desperately search for a way to free Anthea from her new fate.”
