Here are the Aces of the Jungle, imagined for a TV movie in 2011, who have become TV series heroes, and now appear in their second feature film, entitled “Operation Around the World”. This joyful animal troop (a tabby penguin accompanied by his adopted son, a goldfish in its jar, a blue gorilla addicted to bananas, an amorous bat nicknamed Batricia or two inseparable sticky toads) has the mission of making peace reign. in the jungle.
This time, the Aces must face a strange threat: a mysterious super-villain has covered the jungle with a purple foam that creates explosions as soon as it comes into contact with liquid. As the rainy season arrives in a month, the heroes must urgently find the one who will provide them with an antidote and save the jungle. Their adventure will lead them to cross oceans, mountains and deserts… and face formidable dangers.
Filled with visual gags, this new film with its enchanting graphics will appeal to the little ones… Who should have a good laugh during the passages on the “atomic pee” and on the “stinky sacred circle”. The older ones will have fun with these improbable critters with old-fashioned first names (Albert, Maurice, Gilbert…), references to “Kung-Fu Panda” or this parrot that talks like an answering machine.
And as a bonus, the directors didn’t forget to slip in not one, but downright two love stories and a green message. Aces, really!
