A woman stands accused of the slaying of her five-year-old child, a girl she allegedly sold for sexual exploitation before the child’s death.
Law enforcement officials state that Kristy Marie Siple received payment from a man who desired sexual contact with her daughter, Kamarie Holland, as reported by the New York Daily News.
The lifeless body of the young girl was discovered on December 13th within an abandoned structure in Phenix City, Alabama. The mother, a resident of Columbus, Georgia—a neighboring city—informed law enforcement that her daughter had vanished earlier that day.
Following a thorough two-week investigation, authorities apprehended Kristy Marie Siple on December 28th; charges include murder. A 37-year-old male, Jeremy Williams, faces identical murder accusations.
The residence where the deceased child was located belonged to Jeremy Williams. It is alleged that he offered the mother of Kamarie a sum of money in exchange for the opportunity to sexually assault the child.
While the two individuals charged in this case reportedly shared a prior connection, specifics remain scarce.
Police reports indicate that in addition to sexual abuse, the young girl perished from asphyxiation.
Both Kristy Marie Siple and Jeremy Williams remain in custody without the possibility of bail.
Corey Holland, the child’s father, expressed outrage at the alleged actions of the child’s mother.
“She’s a monster,” he stated. “A true parent safeguards their child, willing to sacrifice everything for them. Kristy is a monster. My family will persevere in our fight against the loss of our angelic Kamarie,” he conveyed.
