The man, a Toronto resident, reportedly took the horror movie’s script a little too seriously.
Aret Mazmanyan, 37, would have terrorized the artisans of the horror film, for which the man practically worships.

He faces two counts, including, in particular, to have harassed and made fear for his safety Tyler Gillett, director of the film.
According to information revealed by La Presse on Tuesday morning, the production team began to receive violent and aggressive messages from the start of filming.
The posts also referenced characters from the films.
Mazmanyan would have gone so far as to follow certain members of the film crew, in the workplace, but also during their free time, in particular in a cinema in the metropolis. It was at this time that the director reportedly filed a complaint with the SPVM.
Aret Mazmanyan appeared on August 8 and was back at the Montreal courthouse on Monday.
He will have to come back to it for the rest of the procedures.
