DIG Organized Crime Unit Imran Kishor said that twelve suspects, including the women involved in the incident, have been arrested.

3 vehicles used in the incident, wireless sets, modern rifles, pistols and dozens of bullets have also been recovered from the accused while raids are being conducted to arrest the remaining two accused.

He said that a case was registered in Sunderalhore police station under the provisions of kidnapping and robbery on the request of the well-known dramatist.
