The amendment that provides for the punctuality check for Christmas for economically vulnerable groups was submitted to the Parliament.
According to what has been known so far, the accuracy check for Christmas will be paid to a portion of pensioners and beneficiaries of disability benefits.
Who will see reinforcements until December 22?
– the beneficiaries of child benefit
-people with disabilities who receive an allowance from OPEKA. The aid will be 200 euros
– the beneficiaries of uninsured overage pensions of Law 1296/1982. The aid will be 150 euros
– the beneficiaries of social solidarity allowance for uninsured senior citizens of article 93 of Law 4387/2016
They will be given until December 31
-150 euros to retired pensioners of the Electronic National Social Security Agency (e-E.F.K.A.), who were paid the main old-age, death-disability pension in October 2023 and who in that month had a personal pension difference, compensable annual adjustment of pensions, less than 10 euros, pensioners of the e-E.F.K.A., to whom the main old age, disability death pension was paid October 2023 negative personal difference, without personal difference of pensions, pensioners of the e-E.F. K.A., who received pre-retirement benefits October 2023, and those who received retirement benefits, paragraph 3 of article 4 of Law 4387/2016 (A85) October 2023.
The extraordinary one-off financial aid is granted to the above beneficiaries if they have been paid their main old-age pensions, disability death pre-retirement benefit October 2023, cumulatively, total net before tax up to seven hundred (700) euros.
-200 euros to the beneficiaries of the total disability allowance for pensioners of the former Agricultural Insurance Organization (formerly OGA) who receive a basic pension of the former OGA, if they have a lifelong disability of one hundred percent (100%), par. 2 of the article 4 of the p.d. 334/1988 (A’ 154), of the sickness and incapacity allowance of State pensioners, of article 54 of the p.d. 169/2007 (A’ 210), the extra-institutional allowance of article 42 of Law 1140/1981 (A’ 68), which are granted by e-EFKA, and the allowances of articles 54A of the .d. 169/2007, 100 to 103 of the p.d. 168/2007 (A’209), which are paid by the State.
