According to a media report, FC Bayern Munich is regarding to sign Zinédine Zidane as head coach. As the Spanish newspaper “Mundo Deportivo” reported on Friday, the French world and European champions are said to be “just one step away” from succeeding Thomas Tuchel at the dethroned German football champions in the new season.
After Julian Nagelsmann extended his contract as German national coach until 2026 on Friday, the 51-year-old is the top candidate. Accordingly, “an agreement has practically been concluded” even if the contract has not yet been signed, it said.
