The source said that in all reported cases the data of the citizen who presented the credential under this figure was verified and on the CNE platform they only appeared as voters.
“When you cross-check the ID number that the person has on the paper and validate it on the CNE portal, which is precisely where we have the complete data on who they are and what their powers are and what positions they are holding, you realize that that person has not been selected for the position that he is saying he will hold,” explained the anonymous source.
The person indicated that they have had reports of cases of accidental table members in the Las Minas parish and Our Lady of the Rosary in Baruta.
According to the testimony, the due process stipulated by the Organic Law of Electoral Processes (Lopre) is not being followed with regard to accidental table members. The source alleged that those who carry this credential arrived at the time of the installation of the electoral tables.
