A 47-year-old from the Gmunden district was traveling towards Oberweis around 7:50 p.m. A 70-year-old cyclist from the Gmunden district was riding on the right side of the road. The driver of the car started to overtake, but according to police, the cyclist steered to the left at the same moment. He was hit by the car. The 70-year-old had to be taken to the Salzkammergut Klinikum Vöcklabruck with injuries of an unspecified degree.
