The man had tried to do a so-called front flip when he hit the side of his head on the water surface, sank and did not resurface. Guests and the lifeguard jumped into the seven-meter-deep lake and rescued the Dutchman.
In critical condition
The 22-year-old was then resuscitated until the emergency services arrived. He was given first aid by the crew of an emergency helicopter and then flown to the Innsbruck hospital. According to a report by ORF Tirol, he is said to be in a critical condition.
