Tyumen farmers once more got access to the most important bird flu vaccine, which had no domestic equivalent. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of Rosselkhoznadzor.
“The quality of the batch of the medicinal product “Sevak Flu N9 K (inactivated bird flu vaccine)”, manufactured in Hungary, has been confirmed. The Rosselkhoznadzor decided to resume circulation of the current series of the drug,” the report says.
According to Tyumen farmers, a partial analogue of this drug is produced in Russia. It is manufactured by the AviVak company, but the domestic vaccine also contains components to fight other poultry diseases. It is also known that the Rosselkhoznadzor allowed the use of a batch of five more European drugs once morest dangerous livestock infections.
