Wavestone informs its shareholders that the documents relating to the Combined General Meeting which will take place on Thursday July 27, 2023 are available and can be consulted on its website (www.wavestone.com): Investors area, General Meeting section.
These documents include in particular:
the notice of meeting; the accounts and activity reports relating to the 2022/23 financial year including: the Board of Directors’ report to the AGM of 07/27/23; the consolidated financial statements and the corporate financial statements as of 03/31/23; the corporate governance report; the 2022/23 extra-financial performance statement.
The documents provided for by article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code are made available to shareholders, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions, at the company’s registered office: Tour Franklin,
