Abusing the Chief Justice is an easy task, hired journalists will start abusing, Justice Isa – Pakistan

Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa has said that with the departure of Samina Malik from the courtroom, when journalists also come out of the courtroom, Chief Justice Brahm, three or four hired journalists will go and start abusing them. So all is well.

A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa held a hearing on the issue of appointment of permanent vice-chancellors in the Supreme Court/Public Sector Universities. Rector Islamic University Samina Malik’s lawyer appeared in the court.

During the hearing, there was a bitter conversation between the Chief Justice and the lawyer of the Islamic University. The lawyer of the Islamic University, Rihanuddin Advocate, said that you alleged that the medical certificate is fake. Look at Dr. Samina, how is the certificate fake?

Samina Malik said that I am under the influence of medicine, give me some time and I will answer the questions.

The Chief Justice got angry at this and said that if you want to play drama then leave here. The Chief Justice directed Samina Malik to leave the courtroom.

Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa said that three or four hired journalists will go and start abusing. Not even taken by himself, should we start taking notice of contempt of court and sending him to jail?

Chief Justice Faiz Isa said that there is only one woman found in the whole of Pakistan who is sick all the time? People will be hired on the media and gossip will be started, foreign countries are also trustees of Islamic University, the federal government should decide whether to retain the Rector of Islamic University or not.
