Omani fan Saqr Al Mazrouei, the school bus driver, lived an unforgettable day at Zabeel Stadium, when the Al Wasl administration was keen to invite him to attend the team’s match against Dibba, in appreciation of his loyalty and love for the “Yellow Castle” 47 years ago.
The fan known as “Abu Zuhair”, as his eldest son was named Zuhair Bakhit, the former historical star of Al Wasl, received a warm reception from the fans who welcomed him and made him feel like a “star”, while Zuhair Bakhit himself received him on the field to honor him in appreciation of him.
Al-Mazrouei recently posted a video of him talking about his great love for Al-Wasl, to make the wish come true by inviting him and making him live a very special evening.
