The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi will unveil its summer campaign and a number of new strategic initiatives and global partnerships during its participation in the Arabian Travel Market 2022.

The exhibition provides the department with a platform for direct communication with partners and the most prominent travel and tourism agents from the region and the world, to introduce them to the best entertainment and cultural experiences that Abu Dhabi has to offer and exceptional tourism elements that make it an ideal destination for wonderful holidays. The new campaign focuses on meeting the aspirations of all visitors of different interests by highlighting the various offers that give them the opportunity to create unforgettable memories this summer in Abu Dhabi.

Visitors to the emirate have the opportunity to discover a wide range of inspiring experiences, from relaxing and practicing yoga at sunrise at the Louvre Abu Dhabi, and an authentic cultural experience at Qasr Al Watan, to spending evenings under the clear desert sky. For adventure enthusiasts, they can ride high-speed roller coasters in the indoor and outdoor world theme parks, swim with sharks at the National Aquarium Abu Dhabi or drive racing cars at the Yas Marina Circuit. The Abu Dhabi pavilion will also witness the announcement of summer offers in hotels and attractions, which invite everyone to enjoy them.

The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi is also unveiling new strategic initiatives and partnerships, including an agreement with one of the world’s largest travel and tourism groups, in addition to the latest developments in its global sports partnerships, which cement Abu Dhabi’s position on the map of the world’s leading travel and tourism capitals.

Saleh Mohammed Saleh Al Jaziri, Director General of Tourism at the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, said: “The year 2022 is a turning point in the development and prosperity of the tourism sector in Abu Dhabi, as we move forward in enhancing and upgrading the map of our diverse tourism products to meet the aspirations of our visitors, whether in the field of cultural performances. Leisure, nature or adventure. Through our participation in the Arabian Travel Market, we seek to inspire and motivate more tourists to visit us, and to ensure that Abu Dhabi is a distinguished destination that pulses with unique experiences throughout the year, from the warm winter sun to the amazing summer offers, events and deals. We also continue to build new strategic partnerships at the local and international levels, and to deepen existing cooperation relations. We are confident that these initiatives will support our vision to consolidate the emirate’s leadership at the forefront of the preferred regional and global tourism destinations at any time of the year.”

The “Visit Abu Dhabi” initiative, in cooperation with its partners from the most prominent operators involved in the travel and tourism sector in the emirate, accompanies the guests of its pavilion in Hall 2 of the Dubai World Trade Center, on a journey through the most important landmarks and attractions in the capital, in order to get acquainted closely with its ancient cultural heritage and beaches The scenic nature, its family, entertainment and sports experiences, and its busy schedule of events.

The pavilion also hosts a bouquet of live performances, including “Music City” segments, Emirati craftsmen skills at “The House of Artisans”, the experience of traditional Arabic coffee at the “Coffee House”, and virtual adventures on the world’s fastest roller coaster from “Ferrari World Abu Dhabi”.
