ABIMAQ has applications open for a leadership course

ABIMAQ (Brazilian Association of Machines and Equipment) holds, in a virtual way, between February 27th and March 1st (Monday and Wednesday), from 2 pm to 6 pm, a course aimed at professionals who work or wish to become leaders in their respective companies and seek self-leadership to manage their respective careers.

Leader coach and feedback: tools that transform people and businesses intends to work and develop critical skills for the leader to act as a key agent in the development of his subordinates, aligned with the needs of the business.

The program, taught by Aline Tonetto, change management leader in strategic projects, and facilitator in leadership development programs in topics such as change management and radical collaboration®, will focus on the following contents:

How are the conversations today?

– Conflicts and difficult conversations;

– Experienced emotions and reactions.

What is it and how to give constructive feedback?

– Intent & impact;

– SBI technique;

– What to do and what not to do.

What is it and how to be a coaching leader on a daily basis to develop people and improve their ability to generate results?

– What is Coaching?;

– Key skills to be a coach leader;

– Key behaviors of a coach leader;

– RACSR method.

What will the conversations look like going forward?

– What is the role of the professional?;

– Differences between development conversations and results evaluation;

– Best practices.
