A 40-year-old property in the small community of Tierra Verde in the US state of Florida is currently attracting many interested buyers. The six-bedroom property with pool and sea views is on the market for 3.8million – and it’s not just any house, it’s the one ABBA once lived in. The Swedish pop group around Agnetha Fältskog (72), Björn Ulvaeus (77), Benny Andersson (75) and Anni-Frid “Frida” Lyngstad (76) spent a lot of time there in the early 80s, the musicians had previously designed the property themselves . After the band broke up, the house was sold to an American couple in 1986 and following their death it is now looking for a new owner.
The Florida property is a special highlight for ABBA fans, because the facility including the studio, records and merchandise is included! The interior of the house is said to have remained almost unchanged and resembles an ABBA museum.

ABBA star Björn Ulvaeus: New love following the divorce
A few weeks ago, Björn Ulvaeus made his new love official. The ABBA star divorced earlier this year following 40 years of marriage. The new woman at his side is called Christina Sas and works as a product manager at Universal Music Group – the record company that produced the latest ABBA album “Voyage”. He introduced her at the premiere of his musical “Pippi på Cirkus” (in English: “Pippi in the circus”). “This is my partner Christina,” he said. “We’ve been dating for a while and I felt like I wanted to take her to this event. So this is the first time we’ve been dating.”
Shortly following the divorce announcement, the musician had already indicated in a Swedish radio interview that he was open to a relationship. Embarrassed, when asked regarding a new love, he replied: “Yes, well, I don’t quite know what to say … it can’t be ruled out.”
