The news of the sale of the Sinbad amusement park land in the Al-Nozha neighborhood in Cairo Governorate, at a public auction, spread the interests of the pioneers of social networking sites during the past hours, following an announcement was published regarding offering the land for sale at a public auction.
Major General Hussein Khairy, head of the Nozha neighborhood in Cairo, revealed the neighborhood’s or governorate’s connection to the Sinbad amusement park in the Nozha neighborhood.
Khairy told Masrawy, today, Sunday, that the governorate or neighborhood has nothing to do with the process of selling amusement park land.
The head of the Al-Nuzha district confirmed that the ownership of the land of the Sindbad Amusement Park located within the neighborhood is private and that the neighborhood or the governorate has no jurisdiction over it.
One of the offices of real estate valuation experts published an announcement of holding a public auction for the sale of Sinbad amusement park land in the Al-Nuzha neighborhood tomorrow, Monday, January 30, 2023.
Sinbad Amusement Park is located on Joseph Tito Street in the Nozha neighborhood in Cairo Governorate, with an area of 6011.85 square meters.
Mustafa Mukhtar Hanafi, a valuation expert, said that the land is privately owned by the Association of Jasmine Pioneers for serving and retired police officers and their families.
Mukhtar added, in a statement to Masrawy, that the area of the Sinbad amusement park is estimated at 6 thousand and 11 square meters, explaining that the sale is a decision of the members of the association.
The valuation expert added that the Sinbad amusement park has been closed for several years, and the place is deserted and not independent, and the members of the association decided to put it up for sale.
According to the published announcement, the sale auction will be held tomorrow at 12 noon in the Andalusian Garden Hall, next to the Ministry of Finance, Nasr City.
The insurance for entering the auction amounted to 5 million pounds, in addition to the purchase price of the booklet of conditions, which amounted to 3000 pounds.
