A few weeks following strengthening its presence on French territory where it already has four subsidiaries, the Moroccan group Aba Technology is seeking to charm investors in order to raise two hundred million dirhams.
The group founded by Mohamed Ben Ouda, the former boss of Palmeraie Développement, has just signed a mandate with Price Water House to support its subsidiary Mediot in an organized and competitive process of opening up capital. This operation, the first of its kind for the industrial and technological group which has experienced rapid development since its creation in 2000 and which has essentially been built up through successive external growth operations.

The amount raised should enable Mediot, which deploys telemedicine and medical equipment connectivity solutions, to finance its growth and internationalization, knowing that this startup, which is less than five years old, already has an establishment in France to its credit. and the first export operations, particularly in Saudi Arabia and Japan where this subsidiary has already sold connected medical cabins made in Morocco, with an integration rate of 85%.
Recall that the ABA Technology group has embarked on the field of manufacturing medical equipment on the sidelines of the Covid-19 crisis, by supporting the Moroccan Ministry of Health during the national vaccination campaign by selling it thermometers. infrared and oximeters.

From 2021, the group has strengthened its position in the field of medical equipment manufacturing by tackling the world of connected health and devoting a significant R&D budget to it. At the end of 2022, ABA Technology reached a consolidated turnover of 320 million dirhams for 450 employees.
