The National Telephone Company of Venezuela (Cantv) spoke out in the face of user complaints regarding the ABA service failuresregistered this Sunday on a national scale.

As explained by the company, the situation was due to the double fiber optic cut in Falcón state.

“Motivated by a double cut in the fiber optic network in the state of Falcón, ABA Internet services are showing slowness throughout the country,” Cantv wrote on its Twitter account.

Likewise, he indicated that the technical personnel is carrying out the rigorous tasks to solve the fault.

“The technical and specialized staff of Cantv is carrying out the necessary tasks to attend to the incidents registered in the Coro-Punto Fijo and Punto Fijo-Puerto Cumarebo sections,” they added.

Cantv apologized to users for the problems caused.

“The company apologizes for the inconvenience caused by these events once morest the network. We appreciate your understanding as the standardization work on connectivity services progresses,” they said.

They denounced failures in the ABA service

Users on social networks denounced the morning of this Sunday, February 13, failures in the provision of the ABA service of Cantv.
