The new versions v1.0.8 of myDATA and v1.5.0 for timologio are put into operation from today Tuesday 20/02/2024 by the Independent Public Revenue Authority, to adapt the technical specifications of the platform to the relevant updates of decision A. 1138/2020 .
The additions to the new editions are the result of her continuous collaboration AADE with market operators, in order to continuously improve services.
In particular, with the new version v1.0.8 of myDATA:
• procedures for connecting cash systems with POS are activated,
• new documents are available, such as Shipping Note, Catering Order Note, Receipt of Receipt and POS Return Receipt with option to indicate “Third Party Receipts”,
• the process of pre-completion and submission of the VAT Declaration is served with the income-expense rule, with the implementation of the new RequestVatInfo method,
• the possibility of pilot transmission of traffic documents is provided,
• a new method of transmitting payments in POS transactions is implemented for later transactions and a new method of transmitting documents pending issuance for cases where the issuance of the document is not completed,
• the possibility of transmission of omission and deviation by the Recipient is introduced for documents that the Issuer did not transmit or transmitted with a deviation,
• new expense classification combinations are available to facilitate businesses in expense classification.
Furthermore, with the new version v1.5.0 for timologio, solutions are provided for the digital tracking of goods movement, and in particular:
• “Unrelated” Shipping Documents may be issued, as well as “Mixed Types” Documents that carry the position of Shipping Notes, as well as other related entities may be designated when issuing a document (e.g. carrier),
• the records regarding the purpose of handling and the Quantity Measurement Units are enriched,
• it is possible to register a Taric Code for the products,
• new combinations of designations are added in accordance with the latest version 1.0.8 of myDATA,
• a page of statistics (dashboards) is inserted per month – year.
The Electronic Book Application – Bookkeeper has also been properly adjusted in order to work smoothly with the new version of myDATA and to integrate the new combinations of designations.
According to protothema, the applications myDATA, timologio & Electronic Books – Bookkeeper are out of order today 20/02, and hours 9.30-12.30, due to an upgrade.
