The health crisis has given way to an economic crisis.
It was almost a year ago, on May 8, 2021, the Horeca was coming out of a long forced hibernation. After many weeks, restaurants, bars and cafes could reopen, but only outdoors. A reopening of the terraces which had prompted hundreds of bosses to make financial efforts to welcome their customers in the best conditions.
Looking back, many regret having invested so much money, even if a positive summer of 2022 is enough to take advantage of the equipment acquired a year ago.
