A woman in her 20s, who killed her husband in her 40s with a knife following fighting over money, is leaving the court following completing the interrogation of the suspect before arrest. 22.06.11/News1
A woman in her 20s has been arrested on charges of murdering her husband in her 40s with a knife while arguing over money.
On the followingnoon of the 11th, Judge Lim Gwang-ho of the Seoul Central District Court issued an arrest warrant for A, a woman in her 20s, who was accused of murder, saying, “There is a risk that he will run away.”
A is accused of killing her husband B by swinging a knife at her residence in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul around 5 am on the 9th. Person A is said to be in her early 20s.
According to the police, during the investigation, Mr. A stated that he was drunk and killed Mr. B following arguing over financial problems such as the problem of subsidizing living expenses. Person A surrendered to the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul at 12:50 PM, eight hours following the crime. The case was then transferred to the Suseo Police Station, which is the local police station.
According to News 1, Mr. A left the courtroom with his head bowed down at 11:33 a.m. following completing the warrant substantive examination that lasted for regarding 30 minutes. .
To the question of ‘Is there anything to say to the bereaved family?’, he said, “I’m really sorry.”
Also, he shook his head when asked questions such as ‘Did you kill him to make money?’ and ‘Is it true that he killed him for money?’ Mr. A did not answer questions such as ‘what did you say in court’ and ‘why did you kill her husband’.
