A homicide occurred in Macau, suspected to be related to a local man. A woman was found dead in a hotel in the central district of Macau yesterday (12th). Local law enforcement officers arrested a Hong Kong man for investigation, and will go to the scene of the crime at 4 pm today to conduct a case reenactment investigation. After preliminary investigation, the deceased was a female, regarding 46 years old, and a Macao resident. Due to the multiple unusual wounds on the head of the deceased, the case is temporarily listed as a homicide and has been referred to the investigation department for follow-up.
The local reporting center received a notification at regarding 10:50 am on the same day that a female body was found in a hotel room near the Central District of Macau, and requested the law enforcement agency to send personnel to investigate, and found many unusual wounds on the head of the deceased. Serious crime scene investigation procedures have been initiated. At 5:30 p.m. yesterday, butlers arrived at the scene and removed the body. The evidence collection ended at regarding 6:00 p.m., and law enforcement officers seized a large number of evidence, including the deceased’s personal belongings, pillow sheets, and multiple environmental samples. The hotel rooms involved will be temporarily closed.
