The conflict, which seemed to have come to naught, flared up with renewed vigor. Sergei Viktorovich himself did not remain in debt.

60-year-old Sergei Zhigunov became a defendant in a high-profile scandal, having publicly quarreled with director Svetlana Druzhinina. Everything happened following the former lover of Anastasia Zavorotnyuk spoke negatively regarding the fourth part of the “Midshipmen”. According to the man, he was not invited to the shooting, but even if such an offer had been received, he would hardly have agreed. These words really touched Svetlana Sergeevna. In an interview with Blitz.Center, she stated that such an actor no longer exists for her.

“And who is Zhigunov? I do not know him. Sorry. I just don’t remember it. All my actors are filming further. I remember Alexander Belov, but there is no Zhigunov, ”said Druzhinina.

Previously, the director had already criticized Zhigunov – according to her, even during the filming of the first part, he showed himself not in the best way, abusing alcohol and conflicting with Kharatyan. In “Vivat, midshipmen!” (second part) Sergei Viktorovich was nevertheless called, but in the future the director decided to do without his services – which, of course, had a negative impact on the box office. By the way, Vladimir Shevelkov found himself in a similar situation.

“Only the first “Midshipmen” can be considered something, the second can no longer be considered as such, and the third can no longer be considered at all. Fourth, I think, will go there too. I realized that this was not my film, and barely outlived it. In the frame of a film with such a name, we definitely have nothing to do, we have not been midshipmen for a long time. It seems to me that this is a gamble on the part of Druzhinina, ”Shevelkov reasoned then.
