The Director of Public Health in Dhi Qar, in southern Iraq, revealed Dr. Hussein Riyad. The number of deaths due to hemorrhagic fever virus.

A spokesman for the Iraqi Ministry of Health, Saif Al-Badr, announced that since the beginning of the year, Iraq has recorded 40 cases of the viral disease, also known as Congo fever, most of them in the south.
