Casablanca – A high-level virtual business meeting between Moroccan and Israeli investors will take place on March 22, 2022, under the theme “Morocco Israel Tourism Investment Summit”.

Organized by the Moroccan Society of Tourism Engineering (SMIT), in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts and Social and Solidarity Economy and its Israeli counterpart, this major event is in line with the High Guidelines of HM King Mohammed VI, in favor of strengthening bilateral Israeli-Moroccan relations as well as boosting economic growth, particularly in the field of tourist investment.

The organization of this webinar, which constitutes a spearhead of economic partnership with Israeli investors, brings in its wake the restoration and strengthening of diplomatic and economic relations between Morocco and Israel, which since December 2020 has entered in its implementation phase, indicates a press release from the organizers.

This webinar will bring together a large number of tourism and hotel investors from both countries and beyond, as well as investment funds, hotel owners and developers, major international hotel management firms, as well as industry experts. , and will constitute a kick-off to the new relations of economic and commercial cooperation between the two countries, particularly in terms of tourist investment, notes the press release.
