The tragedy due to a violent act framed in insecurity hits a member of the Pérez Pérez family once more. In circumstances yet to be established, the young university student Jesús Pérez Pérez was shot dead while conversing in a nightclub near Pedro de Heredia Avenue and the Las Gavias neighborhood.
Around the crime of Jesus there are two versions still unconfirmed. His relatives, who have been very sad and have expressed their pain in countless comments published on social networks, hinted that the university student was shot in the middle of a robbery, shortly following leaving the place where he had fun with friends.
Jesús was the brother of Angélica Pérez Pérez, former goalkeeper of the Bolívar women’s soccer team who was shot dead by criminals on December 31, 2017 in a robbery that occurred in Olaya Herrera, El Tabú street.
Another hypothesis suggests that a stumble would have caused a fight and Pérez Pérez would have been involved in the middle of it. It seems that the discussion began inside the night establishment and both the victim and her companions tried to calm things down. Everything indicates, however, that when leaving that place, the fight with another group of men continued and in the middle of that fact they shot Jesús Pérez in the back. His projectile lodged in his abdomen. The victim was taken to a clinic, where the young man died this morning following undergoing delicate surgery.
“Only God knows what happened, strength to those of us who have you in our hearts… Always happy and positive. Goodbye my dear Jesus Pérez, always in my heart! Never!!! But of those NEVER that you said we will forget you Now you will be there with Angélica Pérez Pérez ”, wrote one of Pérez’s best friends on her part.
