The patient is a Saudi, 28 years old, and he was suffering from severe weakness in the heart muscle, and his condition is considered one of the difficult cases, as his health condition did not allow the use of an auxiliary support pump (BERLIN HEART OR HEART MATE), which is the standard method for treating such cases, or Even undergoing a heart transplant from a donor, due to the presence of multiple and complex medical reasons that prevent the use of these solutions.
