For some unknown reason, the man found himself under the wheels of a truck driven by one of his colleagues.

Three truck drivers were parking their vehicle or had just parked it when the accident occurred. The victim had gotten out of his truck and was filling out paperwork. The third driver witnessed the tragedy.
