The incident happened around 4:30 a.m. Monday. The truck veered off the road and ended up in the ditch. Part of the road as well as the hard shoulder are temporarily closed.
The truck driver was slightly injured. The truck would not have lost its load.
Traffic jams persisted around 9 a.m. According to the Flemish road traffic center (Vlaams Verkeerscentrum), the disturbances might still last for some time.
