The story of House of the Dragon takes place 200 years before the show of Game Of Thrones. At that time, house targaryen was in power and the king Viserys I sat on the Iron Throne. New actors to carry this Game Of Thrones prequel
Even though the hair remains silver, it’s new actors wearing House of the Dragon. In the main roles there are Emma D’Arcy who plays Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen; Prince Daemon Targaryen is worn by Matt Smith. As for King Viserys I, it was Paddy Considine who lent him his body.
