A total lunar eclipse seen from space… “The Moon Plays Hide and Seek on Solar Panels” [우주로 간다]

A total lunar eclipse, in which the Earth’s shadow covers the moon, was observed in the United States and South America from the night of the 15th (local time) to the dawn of the 16th.

An astronaut on the International Space Station (ISS) took a picture of this total lunar eclipse and released it, IT media Cnet reported on the 16th.

European Space Agency (ESA) astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti posted on Twitter a picture of a beautiful lunar eclipse she had seen from space. “The partially obscured moon is playing hide and seek on our solar panels,” he tweeted.

A glimpse of the moon beneath the ISS solar panel is visible in the released photo. Below, the image of the Earth spread out under the blue sky and white clouds is looming.
