- 1.270: The hunt for World Stone shards begins in Diablo Immortal.
- 1.285: Diablo consumes the essence of the Lords of the Underworld and becomes the Primal Demon. After a failed attack on the Heavens, he is defeated in Diablo III.
- 1.286: Malthael kills most of humanity before being defeated by the Nephalem in Diablo III : Reaper of Souls.
- 1.336: Lilith returns to Diablo IV.
