This Sunday evening, Florent Pagny was the guest of Laurent Delahousse on France 2, in 8:30 p.m. on Sunday. He gave himself up on the occasion of the release of his autobiography “Pagny by Florent”.
The singer and coach of The Here announced, at 61, the recurrence of his cancer. Only a few weeks ago, a new lymph node appeared. He speaks of a “relapse that happened a month and a half ago”.
“One night it started, I coughed all night. With what had happened to me, I quickly got on a plane to controlhe explained. I suddenly saw that a lymph node has fixed. The French doctors asked me to return immediately. We were talking regarding a biopsy, there wasn’t even a biopsy because in the end I came home right away. I finished what I had to do, and then I came back and seeing what was happening, he had evolved so much that we knew it was the same origins as the other. It was a little elsewhere but it was the ganglionic chain. And then we go back, chemotherapy.”
Despite everything, Florent Pagny told Laurent Delahousse to be fine. “It’s going really well, but I’m in the logic where in my projections there is always this clinical part where there I will chain a third chemotherapy and then we will go and see what happened”he continued.
He now knows that he must remain very attentive to all the signals and reacts without delay. “I’ll always be under control with this immunotherapy that I won’t let gohe finally said. I won’t do the same stupidity twice. I’m going to have to organize it and follow it for a few years.”
