A shocking testimony gives an account of the minutes of terror that were experienced in the Santiago Metro during the day this Tuesday.
According to the first records, a man was arrested for carabinieri after threatening a passenger inside a carriage with a knife. The event occurred at the Pedro de Valdivia station, in the Providencia commune.
According T13a witness explained that the defendant was sitting on the Metro, but occupied several seats.
