A 16-year-old teenager was stabbed on Friday evening in the borough of Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension, in Montreal.
Around 6:40 p.m., a call was made to 911 concerning a young man who was stabbed in the parking lot of the Saint-Roch swimming pool, on Ball Avenue, in Montreal.
After arriving at the scene, the police found a 16-year-old boy with injuries to his upper body, caused by a “sharp object”.
According to initial information from the police, the teenager was attacked by a group of suspects who attacked him before fleeing.
The teenager was transported to the hospital center and the authorities are still waiting for a return on his state of health.
The scene has been secured and the investigation is ongoing.
