Al-Marsad newspaper: The technician, Saeed Al-Duwaigri, told the story of an expatriate who took advantage of an “old” man for 28 million riyals and transferred them outside the Kingdom because of a “code” message.

He said during his intervention with the “Al-Rased” program broadcast on “Rotana Khaleejia” channel, that the old man gave his “code” to an expatriate of Arab nationality to open a commercial registry for him, and indeed he opened a commercial registry and accounts in banks.
He continued: After 3 months, the Egyptian expatriate disappeared, then the man discovered that he had entered his bank account, 28 million riyals, all of which were transferred outside Saudi Arabia.
He pointed out the need for there to be Saudi institutions that serve the elderly.
